Heippa! Täällä vielä ollaan! Harmittaa, että taas on mennyt niin pitkä aika postailematta. Paljon olisi asiaa ja ideoita, mutta liian vähän aikaa. Monesti on myös sellaista asiaa, mitä ei voi blogiin kirjoittaa, joten sensuroinnin sijasta jää usein kokonaan postaamatta… Ajattelin nyt kuitenkin jättää pientä elon merkkiä ja toivottavasti pian palata asiaan paremman postauksen kanssa! Huomenna lauantaina mulla on pitkä työpäivä ja tuun kotiin aamuyöllä. Sen jälkeen sitten pienet unoset ja sitten uuden vuoden juhlintaan 🙂 Kivaa viikonloppua!

Hello! I’m still here! I feel bad that it’s been so long time again without posting anything. I have a lot of ideas and material, but too little time. Often I also have stuff on my mind I can’t write to the blog, so instead of censoring I just don’t post at all… Anyway, I thought I should show some sign of life and hopefully soon I’ll come back with a better post! Tomorrow Saturday I have a long day at work and I’ll return home in the middle of the night. After that I’ll sleep for a while and then it’s time to celebrate the New Year 🙂 Have a great weekend!

Saturday – Heippa! Kylläpäs on taas aika vilahtanut äkkiä! Varsinkin tässä kuussa aika menee supernopeasti, koska aina kun lähden töihin, menee töissä kaks päivää. Eilen mulla oli iltapäivystys ja olin jo aika varma, ettei soittoa tuu, kun ei ollut enää mitään sellaisia lentoja lähdössä, johon mut voitais kutsua. Noh, lentoliikenteessä kaikki on mahdollista ja niinhän se puhelin vielä illalla soi! Koko miehistö tuli päivystykseltä lyhyelle keikalle, kun varsinainen suunniteltu miehistö ei ehtinyt toiselta lennolta.

Tänään mulla on vapaa, huomenna myös. Ihanaa olla viikonloppuna vapaalla! Kuvat on Oulusta, jossa taas muutama päivä sitten olin. Käytiin kaverin kanssa pitkillä lounastreffeillä ja kahvittelin vielä mummunkin kanssa myöhemmin päivällä. Hotellilta saa (ainakin vielä) pyöriä lainaksi, niin hyvin ehtii moniin paikkoihin lyhyilläkin layovereilla! Sellasella Poni-pyörällä siellä suhailin keskustaa ristiin rastiin 😀

Saturday – Hello! How did the time go past so fast again… Especially this month it really feels like the time goes so fast, because every time I leave for work, it takes two days. Yesterday I had an evening standby and I was pretty sure that they wouldn’t call me anymore since there were no flights left anymore where they could call me to. Well, everything is possible when it comes to aviation and they did call me in the evening! The whole crew for that flight came from a standby since the original crew was delayed with another flight.

Today I have a day off, tomorrow as well. It is so nice to have time off on a weekend! The pictures are from Oulu where I was a few days ago. I went for a long lunch date with a friend and later I had coffee with my grandmother. They borrow bikes from the hotel, so I’m able to go to many places even on a short layover! There I hurried around the city center with my Poni-bike 😀

Hellou! Miten teidän viikko on mennyt tähän asti? Ihan hullua, että huomenna on taas perjantai! Mihin tämä viikko meni? Oon ollu kaks edellistä päivää pois kotoa, kun mulla oli se Oulun yöpyvä. Ehkä sen takia tuntuu, että viikko on mennyt niin äkkiä. Tänään mulla oli vapaata ja huomenna ja ylihuomenna päivystän. Saapa nähdä mihin tulee lähtö!

Tänään mun testikeittiössä tein taas vähän kasvisruokaa. Oon yllättyny, miten helppoa onkin ollu välttää lihansyöntiä ja silti syödä muutakin kuin salaattia. Olin tilannu eiliselle työpäivälle kasvisruuan. Kun aloin syömään, katoin että jaa, tää olikin kanaa eikä kasvisruokaa. No, koska muuta ei ollut, jatkoin syömään. Sitten kollega kommentoi, että kyllä tuo on kasvis, se on vaan jotain lihajäljitelmää. Mikä ihmeen järki on tehä kasvisruokaa, joka maistuu ihan lihalta? No, pieni murhe tässä maailmassa, mutta silti se ihmetyttää 😀 Ihanaa alkavaa viikonloppua!

Hello! How has your week been this far? It’s so crazy that tomorrow is Friday again! Where did this week go? I have been away from home the last two days, because I had that Oulu layover. Maybe that’s why this week has gone so fast. Today I had a day off and tomorrow and the day after tomorrow I’m on a standby. Let’s see where they send me!

Today again I made some vegetarian food in my test kitchen. I’m surprised how easy it is to avoid eating meat and still eat well, not only salads. Yesterday I had ordered a vegetarian food at work. When I got the meal, I looked at it and thought that it is chicken, not vegetarian. Since I didn’t have anything else, I started eating it anyway. Then my colleague mentioned, that it is indeed a vegetarian meal, it’s just this “fake meat” stuff. What is the point of making a vegetarian food that tastes like meat? It’s a small problem in this world, but still makes me wonder 😀 Have a nice weekend guys!

Heippa! Miten teidän viikonloppu on lähtenyt käyntiin? Meillä hyvin! Ihana aamiainen syöty ja nyt lähen äkkiä vähän kuntoileen ennen kuin meen sitten iltapäivällä kaupungille äitin kanssa. Tässä istun sohvalla urheiluvaatteet päällä valmiina lähtöön! Illalla ainakin syödään hyvin, muita suunnitelmia ei oo vielä tehty. Siinäpä se tärkein, heheh. Kuvat on otettu muutama päivä sitten, kun käytin tuota paitamekkoa ekan kerran. Tykkään siitä kyllä paljon, ihanan rento ja silti kivan näköinen vaate. Kivaa lauantain jatkoa 🙂

Hello! How has your weekend started? Our’s has been good this far! We had a nice breakfast and now I will go do my workout before we go out to the center with my mom this afternoon. Here I am sitting on the sofa with my workout clothes on, all ready to go! Tonight we will at least eat a nice dinner, other plans we don’t have yet. Well, that’s the most important, heheh. These photos are taken a few days ago, when I wore this shirt dress for the first time. I like it a lot, it is a very relaxed yet a very nice looking piece of clothing. Have a nice Saturday 🙂

Tässä muutama kuva meidän koiranhoitoreissulta. Oltiin siis Tarmo-koiran ja talon vahtina sillä aikaa kun mun vanhemmat oli reissussa. Lumitöitä, talon lämmitystä, takkatulta, saunaa, mummulassa käyntiä ym. Ihanaa vaihtelua kaupunkielämään! Nyt ollaan jo matkalla lentokentältä keskustaan. Kotona Helsingissä oonkin sitten vaan tämän illan ja yön ja aamulla lähen Tukholman kautta takas Ouluun. Ihanaa maanantaina!

Here are a few pictures from our dogsitting trip. We spent a few days at my parents’ house taking care of Tarmo (their dog) and the house. Snow work, warming the house, fireplace, sauna, visiting grandmother etc. Nice change for the city life! Now we are already on our way to the center from the airport. I will only spend this evening and night at home in Helsinki, because in the morning I will fly to Stockholm and then back to Oulu again. Have a nice Monday!
