Heippa! Parta? Vai p*skaa? Eiku kahvia! Pahoittelut järkyttävistä kuvista, mutta tämä on paras kuorinta mitä oon kasvoille kokeillu. Mulla on varsinkin talvella tosi pintakuiva iho (kenellä ei olis..?) ja se aiheuttaa aina välillä vähän päänvaivaa. Toisaalta pitäis kuoria se kuollut ihosolukko siitä pinnalta pois, mutta toisaalta kuoriminen taas ärsyttää ihoa, joka muutenkin punoittaa herkästi. Lisäksi tuntuu, että monesti kuorinta ei edes irrota sitä ihanasti hilseilevää kerrosta. Nyt oon löytänyt ratkaisun, joka ratkaisee mun ongelman. Kahvin keittämisen jälkeen otan suodatinpussista jäähtynyttä kahvinpurumassaa, joka on just sopivan kosteaa kasvojen kuorintaa varten. Tällä keinolla ainakin minä saan taas ihon kirkkaaksi ilman, että iho ärsyyntyisi ja alkaisi punoittaa. Lisäpisteitä siitä, että tämä kuorinta on käytännössä ilmainen ja täysin ilman kemikaaleja tai mikromuoveja, mitä monet kaupalliset kuorinnat valitettavasti sisältää. Lisäksi haluan uskoa, että kahvin kofeiini virkistää ihoa! Siitä tuskin on mitään tieteellisiä todisteita, mutta vaikutushan se on placebo-vaikutuskin 😀 Kannattaa kokeilla!

Hello! A beard? Or s*it? No, it’s coffee! Sorry for the scary pictures, but this is the best scrub for the face that I have tried. My skin is very dry during the winter time and it is a little problematic sometimes. The dead skin cells should be scrubbed away, but on the other hand the scrubbing irritates the skin that already gets red easily. I also feel like the scrubbing doesn’t really remove the dead skin cells. Now I have found a solution for this problem. After making coffee I take some of the ground coffee from the filter bag (after it is cooled down). That coffee is just moist enough to use it as a scrub. Coffee scrub makes my skin bright without irritating the skin and making it red. It gets extra points for being basically free (you already used the coffee once to make a drink) and it doesn’t contain any micro plastics (is it called like that in English..?) that most of the commercial scrubs contain. I also like to believe that the caffeine from the coffee revitalizes the skin! I don’t think there is any scientific proof for that, but placebo-effect is also an effect 😀 Try this yourself!
